2025 - Berlin

Hey my dear!

I am so happy youโ€™re holding a card from my collection โ€žmindful womenโ€œ in your hand!

I started illustrating more seriously in 2020 (during Corona, ofc duh!) and these motifs were basically reminders for myself.

The four motifs I chose to print for this small project are:
โ€œBreatheโ€, โ€œLet goโ€, โ€œReflectโ€ and โ€œTake a breakโ€.

First I illustrated them with pen on paper and coloured them with markers, but a couple of years later,
I digitalised them. Since in the meantime I also finished my further education in arts and creative therapy, I thought it would be pretty cool, if I make also colouring cards out of it!

Suggestions on what to do with this card:โ€จโ€จ

Once you hold the card in your hands, take a second. โ€จ

Breathe once in and out.โ€จ

Look at the card.

What do you see?โ€จDoes this illustration or the name of it awaken anything in you? โ€จ
Does this card invite you to do something with it? โ€จโ€จ

Here are the options: โ€จโ€จ

Leave it as it is :)
super simple - you like it how it is? Leave it like that! โ€จ
If you want to hang it somewhere on your wall, do that. โ€จ

You think of someone who would like it? Give it to them.โ€จ

You feel like doing something with it?โ€จ
Feel free to get creative!!! Please - donโ€™t hesitate. Make this yours.
โ€จ
Make it our collaborative project. โ€จ

Draw, paint, cut, collage - do whatever you want with the card
AND (!!!)
please either record yourself or at least take a picture of your final artwork and
share it on your socials with your network!

Final reflection
:

If you want, reflect (and share - but this is optional) on the questions: โ€จ
- why did I choose this motif? โ€จ
- how did I feel during the work? โ€จ
- what thoughts came up in the process? โ€จ
- how do I feel about the final artwork? โ€จ
- Is there something I would like to change? (if yes: do it!)

I am really curious to see the outcomes and would also be happy if you spread the word so I can keep up sharing my cards and some love into the world. I try to see it as a contribution to the wellbeing of the people who are participating.

This is a reminder for you to take a little bit of time to pause and be creative,
even if you donโ€™t consider yourself a โ€žcreative personโ€œ. โ€จโ€จ

You are creative.

โ€จAnd this little card just helps you to remember.

If you like what you got out of it:

Hang it somewhere visible.

If you donโ€™t:
Change it or cut it into million pieces and create a collage out of it or
just throw it away! (Yes, you are allowed to!)

I hope you enjoy the process and I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Much love,

Mimoza

P.S.: I truely am doing this, because I want to spread love and help people getting a bit creativity in their lifes.
